The Tragedy of Rental Wrecks
On August 23, 2008 our client, Toney Belfon, was involved in an accident when the driver of an automobile pulled out from a driveway right in front of Toney's motorcycle. Toney couldn't avoid the accident and crashed into the car. He lost his leg.

Toney's accident was caused by a person driving a rental car. You would assume that this would mean that there will be significant money available to compensate Toney for his damages. The current law in the State of Florida says not so.
